Email: hello@thestrengthmechanism.com
When you sign up for The Athlete Warm-Up, I collect your email address. Nothing else. My email provider also records the date and time of your signup and your IP address, so that consent can be proven — this is a legal requirement in the EU.
To send you the free guide you asked for, and to send you occasional emails about training, athleticism and my own products.
Your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
After you sign up, you receive an email asking you to confirm. Your address is only added to my list once you click that link. If you never confirm, your data is deleted automatically.
I use MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Ground Floor, 71 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, D02 P593, Ireland) to send emails, and Cloudflare, Inc. to host this website and route email sent to my domain. Both act as processors on my behalf under data processing agreements. Your data is not sold, rented or passed on to anyone else.
Until you unsubscribe. Every email I send contains an unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe, your address is deleted, except for the minimum record needed to make sure I do not contact you again.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict how it is processed, to receive a copy of it, and to object to its processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future. Just email me at hello@thestrengthmechanism.com.
You also have the right to complain to the Austrian data protection authority: Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at
